The positions are computed from real astronomy — the same equations an ephemeris uses — read through the sidereal zodiac with the Lahiri ayanamsa. Controlled tests have never found that a birth chart predicts personality or outcomes. We think it is still worth reading, the way a poem about you is worth reading. Both things are true at once, and this app would rather say so than pretend.
